Media Release Policy

Quincy Bonds Productions**

This Media Release Policy explains how Quincy Bonds Productions (“we,” “our,” “us”) collects, uses, and distributes media content—including photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and behind‑the‑scenes materials—captured during productions, events, casting sessions, and any activities associated with Quincy Bonds Productions.

By participating in our productions, submitting materials, or entering any Quincy Bonds Productions filming environment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

1. Consent to Recording

By being present in any area where filming, photography, or audio recording is taking place, you grant Quincy Bonds Productions permission to:

  • Photograph you

  • Record your voice, likeness, and performance

  • Capture behind‑the‑scenes content that may include you

  • Use any media submitted by you (e.g., casting tapes, audition videos, promotional submissions)

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in advance and avoid designated recording areas.

 

2. Use of Media

You grant Quincy Bonds Productions the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, edit, distribute, display, broadcast, and publish your image, voice, or submitted media for purposes including:

  • Film, television, and digital media projects

  • Promotional materials and advertising

  • Social media content

  • Website features

  • Press releases and media coverage

  • Educational or archival use

  • Behind‑the‑scenes documentation

This permission applies worldwide, in all formats, and without time limitation.

 

3. Ownership of Media

All media captured or submitted becomes the exclusive property of Quincy Bonds Productions. This includes:

  • Production stills

  • Casting submissions

You waive any rights to inspect, approve, or receive compensation for the use of such media.

Participation in filming or submission of media does not entitle you to compensation unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.

 

5. Release of Liability

By participating, you release Quincy Bonds Productions, its staff, partners, affiliates, and contractors from any claims related to:

  • Use of your image or likeness

  • Editing, alteration, or modification of media

  • Distribution or public display of media

  • Any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or misrepresentation

 

6. Third‑Party Sharing

We may share media with:

  • Distribution partners

  • Streaming platforms

  • Marketing agencies

  • Press and media outlets

  • Collaborators involved in production or promotion

All third parties must adhere to professional standards and respect the intended use of the media.

 

7. Minors

For individuals under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent before any media is captured or used.

 

8. Revocation of Consent

Because media is often integrated into production workflows, revoking consent after participation may not be possible. Requests will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis but are not guaranteed.
